I did some research back in the 1990s and actually found the guy who created these plans. These exact plans were the ones sold in Boy's Life Magazine for 40 years. Yes, THIS is the Mini-Jeep you remember seeing and loving as a kid.

Thanks so much for offering these plans for sale. When I was a little boy of 8 years old, my father bought these plans and made the Minijeep. He made it out of galvanized steel and made it really well since he was a modelmaker and toolmaker at that time. The Jeep got lost in a move from our house in Northeastern Ohio and since then I've been looking for it. This is the next best thing- having plans to make the same Jeep.
